I am happy to announce the release of your "Owners Statement" for March. The statement is available to view online at our website www.rprsmanagement.com, also available via www.rprsm.com which will take you to the same website. Click on the "Owner Login" option and input your username and password. If you do not have your username or password, please contact us at info@rprsmanagement.com and we'll provide these to you. Please review your statement and let us know if you have any questions by e-mailing info@rprsmanagement.com.
On the March statement you will see an entry for Linen and Towel Replacement. This enables us to replace these items as they pass through the laundry on an as needed basis. This amount has been kept the same as it was in 2010.
Checks for Surplus revenue will be issued at the end of April. If you have not yet sent us your pre printed bank deposit slips, please do so as soon as possible. If we do not hold pre printed deposit slips, we will mail the check to you. The slips should be mailed to our P.O. Box address which is:

Providing us with bank deposit slips will speed up the amount of time it takes for you to receive your surplus balance payment.
Payment for any balance due shown on the statement will be collected from your credit card on file on April 20th. If we do not hold your credit card, please telephone our office to provide details (001)863-354-6360 option 4 or 5. There is no transaction charge for this entry. If you choose to pay the balance directly by check or by "Online Bill Pay" through your Bank, payment should be with us no later than the end of April 2011. If you do not have the necessary details to set up Online Bill Pay, please e-mail us and we will send these to you. Our website has a "Bill Pay" option should you prefer to use this which carries a transaction charge of 2.9%.
Carpet Replacement
In addition to the mattress replacement offer which has been available for several months, RPRSM has now negotiated reduced pricing for carpet replacement in the homes. The prices have been calculated per room with a price reduction being given if the whole house is carpeted. Previously, the main source of negative guest feedback was mattresses. There is still some way to go in this area; however, guest feedback on carpet condition is causing great concern.
We already have a schedule for regular carpet cleaning; however, I'm afraid many of the heavy wear areas in the homes will no longer come clean despite this. We can arrange for carpets to be cleaned even more regularly than they are at present; however, this just leads to increased cost for you the owner. Our strong recommendation is to replace the carpets in the homes with new carpet or a combination of carpet and tile.
The price for carpet replacement will of course vary by floorplan and type of carpet chosen. I have provided a basic breakdown below for a 'loop' finish carpet, fully installed. A more detailed breakdown can be provided by e-mailing a request to info@rprsmanagement.com. All prices shown are exclusive of tax and include removal of existing carpet and pad.

Payment for the carpet and installation would need to be made at the time of placing your order. As with the mattresses, RPRSM has extended the offer to use part of your reserve balance held towards the cost, providing we hold a full reserve along with credit card details on file. More details will be provided upon enquiry.
Several Owners have chosen to tile their lounge and dining area. This can be arranged in conjunction with carpeting and the details will be provided upon request to info@rprsmanagement.com.
Replacement of carpet in several homes is becoming urgent. It will soon come to a point whereby we cannot continue to rent out homes where we continue to receive poor guest feedback. It is damaging to the Resort, RPRS Management and all the owners who have already made the further investment in their homes. If you have not seen your home for a while and would like an opinion as to the condition of the carpets, please e-mail info@rprsmanagement.com

Owner Login
There has been an ongoing issue with accessing "Work Order" information through the "Owner Login" screen via our website. The software provider is aware of the error message that has been appearing and is working to fix this issue as quickly as possible. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes especially when statements are being released and you can't readily access relevant information. The same error message occurs when trying to make a booking using the online calendar. Should you encounter this when placing a booking, please e-mail reservations@rprsmanagement.com and we'll place the booking for you until such time as the issue causing the error message has been corrected.
